If you do not register or log in as a visitor, we collect the following data in so-called log files that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time, content of the request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, website from which the request came and information about the browser and operating system. This is necessary to display our website and to ensure stability and security. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

We use the following hoster for the provision of our website:
Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
This is the recipient of your personal data and acts as a processor for us. This corresponds to our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO, not to have to maintain a server on our premises ourselves. The server location is Germany.
You have the right to object to the processing. Whether the objection is successful is to be determined in the context of a balancing of interests. The data will be deleted after 13 months. The processing of the data provided under this section is not required by law or contract. The functionality of the website is not guaranteed without the processing.
## E-mail or telephone
If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your request including the personal information you provide (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO), if this has been obtained; consent can be revoked at any time. The data you send us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular legal retention periods - remain unaffected.
## Tally
We use Tally, registered at Muidepoort 19A, 9000 Ghent (Belgium) for our quotation form. This allows us to provide you with an easy way to create quotes for you. For this purpose, the following personal data will be processed by Tally: Name, phone number, email address, installation location address.
Tally is the recipient of your personal data and acts as processor for us. In doing so, all of your data will be stored and processed in Belgium. The processing of the data provided under this section is not required by law or contract. Without your consent and the transmission of your personal data, we cannot provide you with an offer form. However, you have the possibility to contact us at our e-mail address. The data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of transmitting offers and processing them. The obligatory data serve the allocation and the answer of your request. The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. The revocation can be made via the specified contact options. Your data will be processed as long as a corresponding consent exists. By declaration of revocation, the lawfulness, the processing carried out so far is not affected.
Your data will be deleted by us at Tally after one year. However, we will keep the data on our own servers if a contract has been concluded with you. According to § 147 AO / § 257, we have a legal retention period of 10 years for invoices and receipts that have arisen from a contract with you.
